• Engineering Office
• Lobby & Reception
• Security Guard Room
• The Canteen Seating Renovation
• The Canteen: Airlock & Handwash Area
• The Kitchen & Serving Area
• Food Preparation Area
• Kitchen Loading/Unloading
• The Pump Room Modification
• Walkway around the building Modification

The new roof and new structure will be made of steel and tieing/matching to the existing building.
