OMEGA 1 Bang Na Logistic Campus is a landmark smart logistics development in Thailand, spearheaded by Ally Logistic Property (Thailand) Co., Ltd. through a strategic partnership between CapitaLand Investment and Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited. Located in Samut Prakan along the strategic Bangna–EEC logistics corridor, the project is designed to transform the logistics industry through advanced automation, intelligent warehouse design, and sustainable infrastructure.

Upon completion, OMEGA 1 will be one of Thailand’s largest standalone smart warehouse campuses, featuring more than 195,000 sq.m. of floor area and over 140,000 automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) pallet positions. The development integrates ambient and cold storage facilities, enabling a wide range of logistics operations for manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors. Its highly automated AS/RS technology is designed to improve storage density, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy while reducing reliance on manual handling.

Strategically positioned with direct access to major transportation networks, including the Bangna–Chonburi Expressway, Motorways 7 and 9, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port, the campus offers exceptional connectivity to Bangkok, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), and key regional supply chains. With an investment value reportedly exceeding THB 8 billion, OMEGA 1 is expected to strengthen Thailand’s position as a leading logistics hub in Southeast Asia while supporting the growing demand for next-generation warehousing and supply chain solutions.
