The project is to be designing a new greenfield factory including NPP standard production equipment, warehousing and industrial services on area 58.6 Rai (92,800 m2) inside Amata City Industrial Estate with ready infrastructure, located in Rayong province, Thailand. All infrastructures are connected to land, there are power supply, Natural gas supply, storm drainage system, wastewater system and water supply.

The project shall be a new Greenfield factory which includes:

• Land preparation and improvement around 58.6 Rai (92,800 m2)
• Factory Building: Estimate 40,000 m2
• Utilities Building/room: 900 m2 (Boiler, Chiller, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Frozen room, MV/LV transformer, Cooling tower, Wastewater treatment plant, Water treatment plant, Internal & External pipe rack)
• Car park
• Finish goods Warehouse and Loading area
• Offices, Social Block, Labs, Workshop, Guardhouse, Fence, Internal traffic, Landscaping.
• All MEP & Fire fighting
