The New Baxter Phase II will be the expansion of the current building footprint (Phase I) towards the north-western side of the property by approx. 3,888 sq.m. (24m wide x 162m long). It will be a construction of a new single-storey building structure with a mezzanine floor (in continuation from the current Phase I Building), together with the required amenity & facility as per the followings:

Ground Floor:

Tubing Extruder, Airlock, Corridor, Filling Room, Subm Assembly, Laundry, New Gowning, Handwash Room, Pump Room, Mix Tank, and Warehouse

Mezzanine Floor:

Mezzanine Platform, Storage, Janitor Closet, Staging Pre-transvac, RC Platform, Trnasvac Room, and Upper Tank Room

M&E Facilities:

Tank Building, LPG Tanks Farm, Generator
